“Brave and Courageous” captures a gentle moment of nature’s beauty. Delicately painted in a compact 6″ x 6″ format through the medium of oil on linen panel. This painting invites viewers to engage with this brave and curious duo. Chickadees, with their curious and adventurous nature seem to always be the first to find the feeder at my house. They are not afraid of humans and they always travel together so one can keep watch while the others feed. To me they symbolize qualities that I admire and want to see in myself and others.
